The doctor was excellent a very helpful and funny man which immediately put you at ease, also the whole team were kind and caring.
They made a tricky difficult 10 minutes easier to cope with.

From all the staff there was interest taken and good care.
The doctor explained gives to me and should came to me after my procedure and explained what would happen after I go home today.
All staff were pleasant.

The team were absolutely fantastic.
Everything was explained in detail before hard so there were no surprises. During the procedure the team remained calm and talked me through the whole process.
